Vote for Wynne Wakkila for House District 26 State Representative

Wynne is running for office to make sure everyday people are put first again.  That includes fighting for fairness in taxes; making sure  government works for us in education, health care, and human services; and standing up for women’s rights, which, sadly, are under attack. 

“I’m running for
state representative so together we can fight for fairness .”  
  
...fairness in taxes so that hard working people aren't taxed at almost twice the rate of someone who makes their living through their broker.  

"About 40% of Oregon tax breaks go to the top 20% of the income bracket.  That's hurting our schools.  We need that funding so our kids can have a better education."

...fairness for seniors who have  fought hard for America and worked hard for our community and their families, and are now forced to choose between paying for their prescriptions or paying for their next meal

"Oregon is standing out as a leader in the health care movement.  I will work with others to get our health care costs back in line.  We have too many instances where prescription and health care companies are making 30% to 40% profit while our premiums continue to climb."  
 
...fairness for women who are coming under threat
of having their rights taken away in decisions regarding their own lives. 

"We can't go backward."
